Cognitive therapy is Indicated for a range of symptoms including: anxiety, depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, insomnia, behavioral problems, and tics. It is also effective for working toward personal and career goals.

When therapists use trauma informed therapy, this means that they are educated in the multiples ways that trauma can affect the brain, body, and psyche. Trauma therapists know that sometimes it is impossible to speak about the most overwhelming life experiences, and they are prepared to help clients work through those experiences using a range of therapies that go beyond standard verbalization.
